Our room was large and well equipped. Only compliant was the palm tree in front of our balcony obstructed our water/pool view. Nice perks, ie. free laundry.
bar closes early.

Luis rachel and ed were excellent, however on checking in the girl behind reception was frosty to say the least. I'm afraid that is all we liked. We booked for 3 nights and checked out after 1
It needs a major tidy up,

We stayed in a two bedroom with kitchen which was perfect for our family. The room was clean and the staff that delivered the towels daily were friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool and the pool activities. We relaxed at the Tiki Bar and enjoyed the beautiful sunset. The check in staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was beautiful and relaxing
When we got there they said pool closed at dusk instead of ten which was disappointing. The ac in the hall was not cooling enough otherwise we had a great stay.

The rooms at Bluegreen Vacations Hammocks At Marathon were modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The comfortable beds and abundance of pillows made for a fantastic night's sleep. I appreciated that pool towels were provided, so I didn't have to ask for them like at other resorts. The pool area, complete with a large bar/restaurant, was enjoyable and there were always plenty of lounge chairs available. The staff were incredible, particularly Holly at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us with a non-resort related issue. Despite some ongoing renovations, our room was well-appointed with new furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. The free laundry facilities were a convenient bonus. I had a great experience and highly recommend staying at this resort.

Our recent Christmas holiday stay at an oceanfront resort was lovely. We loved the breathtaking view of the Gulf and the cozy tiki bar. The location provided easy access to nearby beaches and restaurants. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our experience all the more enjoyable.
We did notice a slight issue with the pool area that was somewhat off-putting. It appeared that some areas were still recovering from the recent hurricane, and there were rotting debris in the inlets surrounding the pool.

We had never stayed at the Hammocks but we frequent the keys a lot. We have a large family and like to cook in for lunch and breakfast and then enjoy dinner out on the water. The food was great at the tiki bar for the kids to grab a smoothie, they have bingo and jet ski rental, and also a small giftshop that has bait for the kids to fish without leaving the premises. Our room was very cozy and there are several bbq areas to cook out and enjoy your meal on the patio over looking the water bay and the pool. The sunsets are amazing, the kids loved the hammocks all over the property to relax and giggle and feel like a grown up. I will definitely be back most likely before the end of the summer for a great back to school vacation. The staff was friendly and very helpful with local food and fun. We visited the turtle hospital which was very close and educating, I love the basket of dishes and the few little perks that make you feel at home even though you are away.

Very large comfortable rooms, nice pool. I think we must have been upgraded - there were two bedrooms and a separate livingroom-kitchen.
Very hard to find! The sign on the highway says 'Bluegreen' and Hammocks in very small letters underneath - drove by it twice.
